Dear Member, Sponsor, Friend:

We are sadly announcing the closure of the wonderful Hayden Table Tennis Training Center facility as it presently exists until we can come to accommodation with the various governmental agencies. They are imposing costly modifications. As a non profit organization, we cannot support the substantial dollars involved in these costly modifications.

Because of these major and costly modifications we feel we have no choice but to reconsider our options. We need to take a step back and analyze what would most fit the goals of the Hayden Table Tennis Training Center and expectations of the local community.

We will be closing the Hayden Table Tennis Training Center effective Thursday, June 5, 2008. Our hope and goal is to get through these changes and move forward to make this facility available to the community in the future. It has become a wonderful community activity with tremendous potential and we have enjoyed watching the enthusiasm grow.

Within the next 10 days you will receive a check for a pro-rata portion of your dues, sponsorship and league monies.
